Instructions

  1. Whisk pancake mix, protein powder and in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Make pancake batter according to package instructions. 
  3. Spread hazelnut butter onto each sliced strawberry. 
  4. Carefully dip each slice into batter, cover both sides and place on greased/warmed pan. 
  5. Cook each slice on both sides on low, watching closely. 
  6. If desired, drizzle in syrup & sprinkle with powdered sugar! 
  7. Feel free to add different nut butter depending on your preference.

Servings: makes 16-20 med sized pancakes
