Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Oat flour
- 1/4 cup Metavo Advanced Weight Support Meal Replacement Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Dairy free milk
- 3 tbs Plant based sugar (optional)
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 1 cup Melted chocolate, of choice
- All natural sprinkles
Direction
- Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a six count donut pan.
- Whisk oat flour, meal replacement, sugar, baking soda and baking powder together.
- Separately combine yogurt, milk and egg.
- Fold wet ingredients mix into dry ingredients bowl.
- Pipe batter into donut molds until 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, watching closely.
- Allow to completely cool and then dip in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
