From the first time I took Metavo it went to work. I have lost 4-6 pounds and have not changed anything. I still enjoy a bit of chocolate every day as I continue on my weight loss journey. Looking forward to achieving my goal of losing 20 more pounds. Thanks Metavo👍🏼
I have been taking Metavo capsules for about 6 weeks. I definitely notice that I am not nearly as tired around 3 pm and my sugar cravings at that time have decreased. I have not had any blood work done yet but I just feel better generally. Thank you Metavo!
My fasting blood sugar was getting to be between 110 and 120 consistently, which is too high. Means I was headed to Type 2 Diabetes . Well after 3 months of Metavo, my Fasting Blood sugar was 94 and my HbA1c was 5.6 . I've taken lots of supplements that are supposed to help blood glucose regulation, but this is the 1st one I've tried that really works !
I can see a big difference in how I feel and my sugar has gotten lower it got to the doctors next thur and she will check my A1C.
Easy to take capsules for anyone who is busy, and hasn't the time for other forms of ingesting supplements.

I have noticed my belly fat reducing almost daily. I've never had a product work this well. I have yet to see a reduction in blood sugar but I may need to take for longer for that effect. My energy levels have improved somewhat. I'm excited to see how far this will take me.
I used to have amazing metabolism. Never gained much weight until I hit menopause then bam! Since I started taking Metavo fairly regularly I have noticed a difference. I throw a scoop of the powder in my yogurt or in my morning smoothie. I like the texture and the taste. Thanks Metavo.

I received a sample of this product to try. I used it in my everyday smoothie. After just one use I loved it. I have extreme hypoglycaemia would causes me to eat every 2-3 hours throughout the day. This had me fuller for longer, smaller dinner portion and no snacking after dinner! Finding something that helps keep me full without sacrificing nutrients is a special find! Love that this also blended effortlessly and was odourless!
As someone who has never really liked eating avocado, getting it in this form is one of the few ways I'll get it into me. I'm sure just eating a bunch of fresh avocado is all sorts better for you than getting it in powder form, though these are fortified with other helpful vitamins and minerals that they claim all work in synergy to help keep the immune system in good working order which I don't have to tell anybody is more important these days than ever so I'm willing to try just about anything.

I LOVE adding these Metavo Metabolism Support supplements to my daily smoothies! I am so glad to be able to have something that helps control both blood sugar and sugar cravings, as sometimes the ingredients in smoothies can get pretty sweet with all the fruits, etc. These little single-serving packets are awesome because they help to boost metabolism which also aids in weight management, and are so easy to use - just snip open a packet and pour the contents into the blender with the rest of your smoothie ingredients!
Im surprise theres no grittiness at all. This ones extremely smooth. And it has a very unique taste. But its not a bad taste its not overly sweet. Im actually very impressed with it and I love the idea that is supposed to help with sugar cravings. Im only on day two.
